Hartford CT Columbus Day Parade on Franklin Ave, Little Italy, Hartford's South End. Parade starts at Franklin Avenue and Maple Avenue Parade on Columbus Day in Little Italy in Hartford Connecticut

Every year there is a parade in October, for Columbus day. It generally starts at Franklin Ave and Maple Ave in Hartford, passes through Hartford's Little Italy, and ends at the foot of Franklin Ave.

We hope that prominent politicians will attend or march.

Front Street Reunion: Festa Italiana is held in September on the Riverfront Plaza in Downtown Hartford. This festival includes an array of live Italian musical performances, Italian cusine, souvenirs, and pictures from Front Street in Hartford.

Front Street was the old Italian neighborhood in downtown Hartford that was home to thousands of Italians. Front Street was destroyed for the construction of Constitution Plaza.
